Chloe & Amelia met by chance at a mutual friend’s party after both had gone through difficult divorces. They were in their early thirties and had no intention of getting into another serious relationship anytime soon. They quickly became close having dinner together, taking weekend trips, and supporting each other through disappointing dates.
When Chloe suddenly needed a place to stay, Amelia offered her a room. What was supposed to be temporary turned into years. Now they share a home, plan vacations together, and consider each other family. There’s nothing romantic or sexual between them, even though people constantly assume they’re a couple.
